Eclipse Blackout Edition Snowplow by Sno-Way Flared 29VHD ® 8’6 Blade

The Revolution™ Snowplow is designed to provide maximum snow moving flexibility and capacity for 3/4 or larger. This 10 foot wide, 29 inch tall plow is designed to move more snow.

The patented fully controllable, independently moveable 13-1/2″ wide wings allow you to make your Snowplow a full open plow to a box end plow in a matter of seconds. While other “expandable” plows have wings that move out and forward 20 degrees, the Revolution™ HD allows the operator to move the independent hydraulic wings to tackle any difficult situation.

When you combine the fully hydraulic Snow Plow independent wings with the ability to also angle the plow, the operator will fit through the tightest areas while still capturing up to 6.1 cubic yards of snow.

The Down Pressure® hydraulic system delivers an additional 250 pounds of down-force on the cutting edge with the push of a button.

Specs

Double acting wing cylinders are specifically designed to provide maximum force in the forward or back hydraulic position. These optimized cylinders keep the snowplow wings from being forced open in heavy snow and allow for superior vee-plow back dragging in tight quarters.

With the Down Pressure® Hydraulic System as standard equipment, this snowplow will clean better and cut 30% of your plowing time. The Down Pressure® Hydraulics add over 250 pounds of down force on the cutting edge which is a first in the industry and scrapes clean forward and maximizes back dragging.

Sno-Way 29VHD V-Snowplow handles obstructions with ease utilizing a patented Shock Killer™ Trip Return System which reduces blade return shock to the truck and the driver.

Sno-Way pays attention to even the smallest details to be sure operators can maximize performance and efficiency. The tube steel tab-slot and lock construction ensures component fit and proper welding while the pre-drilled top rail allows the contractor to easily add the E-Z Fit Deflector in a few minutes.

The Flared Wing 22V is built for downsized trucks such as the Chevy Colorado, Ford Ranger, Ford Bronco, Jeep Wrangler to name a few. This is a Light-Commercial snowplow designed for use by contractors, facility managers, municipalities and universities or school districts. Great applications include driveways, sidewalks, and tight spaces.

The Flared Wing design showcases a 22-inch center and a 27-inch outer height for greater snow-casting. Standard structural features include a direct linkage system delivering hydraulic-controlled lift and lower functionality, reactive Down Pressure® system providing over 250 lbs. of down force for a cleaner scrape, single jack stand for easy on/off with the Drive-In Mount and a Trip Edge blade design to dampen shock forces going into the frame of the truck.

The ESS® Smart Sight® system is the standard wiring/lighting platform that provides efficient power and bright lights along with the ability to add optional lighting including the Smart Flash® Kit. The ESS® system allows a user with many vehicles to easily move this snowplow from truck to truck.

The Flared Wing 22V Snowplow weighs just 380 pounds so it allows any person with a downsized truck to put those trucks back to work.

This 32-inch high snowplow blade is constructed with a 12 gauge steel welded moldboard designed with slot and lock engineered components. The tallest straight snowplow series in the Sno-Way® line is available in 8’6”, 9’0” and 10’0” lengths.

While plowers are a rough and tough crew, they do like their plows to look good and Sno-Way® delivers with the first-ever Triple-Coat Protection; zinc phosphate wash, automotive E-Coat primer and military grade powder coat combination. The Triple-Coat Protection System delivers a surface that is resistant to penetration by salt, sand, stones or any other aggregate material.
